Where can I get video and sound drivers for my computer?

I think that is just a bios code, not any kind of computer model information.
The drivers will be available on the manufacturer’s website. That will be of either the whole computer if you purchased it from a major PC builder like Dell of HP, or the component manufacturer’s website if the PC was built from off the shelf parts.

Does this look like the correct motherboard? http://www.biostar-usa.com/app/en-us/mb/content.php?S_ID=246 If so try the drivers on that page.
This assumes you’re using the video card that is build into the motherboard.
