Q: Can you ping a subnet mask? If so, how?

One Response to “Can you ping a subnet mask?”
  1.

A subnet mask just defines a range of IP addresses like 192.168.1.0 to 192.168.1.254. So to ping an entire subnet mask you would have to figure out all the IP addresses in the subnet and then ping them each individually.
