I would guess somewhere between $50 – $120. Call around to get some quotes.

    Winwins,
This can depend on if a backup of your documents, pictures, music, etc… needs to be backed up first. Also if it is billed on an hourly basis the cost could go up if you do not have the proper drivers for your computer and the technician needs to go online to find them. I would say that the range could be anywhere between $150-300 but like I said it depends on what needs to be performed before the reinstall and after the reinstall.
    Thanks,

To backup user documents, reinstall the OS and updates, and restore documents, I charge $90. for XP and $120. for Vista. This also assumes that the user has the drivers available on CD. If I have to go hunt for drivers, I add 1 hour labor, $30., to the above prices. The user is responsible for reinstalling all apps.
