How can I access data on a floppy disk if I do not have a floppy drive on my computer?

Q: I have some old floppy disc that I am trying to open. Some have documents and some have photos. I downloaded the floppys with a computer that had an internal floppy disc drive running with Windows XP Home Edition. Since then I bought a new computer with Windows Vista on it. How can I open these floppy disc files on Windows Vista?

  1.

I suggest you use a computer with a floppy disk drive and copy the files over to a USB memory stick and then use that to get the files onto your new computer.
