How can I connect my PS3 to the internet if I do not have a wireless router?

Q: I have a router but its not wireless. How do I connect it to the main internet connection so I can play PS3 online? I can’t figure it out! Do I need a wireless adapter?

    In your situation, I’d suggest one of two options:

    1. Replace your router with a wireless router (something with wireless n from dlink, netgear or linksys)

    2. Run an Ethernet cable to your ps3.

    The ps3 has a wireless card built in, so once your wireless router is setup you will be all set.
