Is there a 3GP converter that can convert most files?

Q: Is there a 3GP converter that can convert most files and if you convert a video it will have a subtitle on it as a result?

      I’m trying to convert a known file called .mkv and .avi(and others also) into a 3gp. Also, when you convert a file(like movies) a into a 3gp the result will have a subtitle on it?

        I have never seen a converter that will add subtitles.

        As for a converter that will convert to 3gp I have never used any but I googled and I found a lot. Some free, some cost, and some have demos. I would suggest you just google “convert to 3gp” and find the one that best fits what you need.
