Can someone get my cell phone number just by me opening an email on my cell phone?

Q: Can someone get my phone account number or my name or anything by sending a email that I open on my phone? I got one (and opened it) that said “trace test” in the subject and ‘trace’ in the body. I have a stalker. I use a Blackberry phone and opened the email in the email application of the phone.

    Just sending an e-mail with a few words in it will not allow someone to learn your cell phone number.
