How do I access a remote server from my home laptop?

Q: How do I access a remote server from my home laptop? I have two servers I need to connect, one is Novell Webmail Client and the other is cypress webmail client. I have tried to connect but both keep telling me my password is incorrect.

    If you’re getting password incorrect messages you need to contact your company help desk or whoever is in charge of the e-mail accounts/servers for assistance in getting the password reset.
