How come I cannot see all of my programs when I go to All Programs?

Q: How can I reset the “all programs” in the start tab at bottom left of my desktop?

I don’t want to use a system restore point because I think i will lose recently downloaded programs (mainly from giveawayoftheday.com.)

For some reason “it” stopped showing all the programs I have and use (can still use.) eg “office, word, excel, paint”.
