How come deleting my history doesn’t actually remove my viewed history?

Q: I get a list of viewed pages when I scroll down on my email page. I’ve deleted history and cookies but still appears. Can you help? How do I delete it?

    I should be able to help I’ll need to see a screenshot to know what you’re seeing exactly.
