How do I remove a virus that will not let me open a web browser?

Q: My computer has virus that wont allow me to open any browsers and system restore didnt help and i cant reboot to factory condition as its a rental computer. I don’t have any anti virus other than windows defender.

    Download the portable version of http://www.superantispyware.com/ from another computer, and run the program on the infected computer.

    Also download and install http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials/ for general protection.
