Can you mention the three ports, and what you are trying to do exactly when the error messages pop up?

just tryng to get on internet exact message….windows cannot connect to the internet using http port80 https port443 and ftp port21 says to contact service provider or firewall manufacturer

Try resetting the settings for internet explorer.

Close any Internet Explorer or Windows Explorer windows that are currently open.

Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button , and then clicking Internet Explorer.

Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

Click the Advanced tab, and then click Reset.

In the Reset Internet Explorer Settings dialog box, click Reset.

When Internet Explorer finishes applying default settings, click Close, click OK, and then click OK again.

    Close Internet Explorer.

Okay, a lot of people have trouble with Norton Security causing this kind of a problem. I suggest completely uninstalling Norton Security and restarting your computer to see if that resolves your problems.
