This means there is some kind of a problem with your PC’s hardware, a part could be loose or gone bad. If you’ve added/replaced any hardware I suggest checking that first.
The beeps are BIOS Beep Codes, these vary by computer.
If you can post the make and model of your computer I should be able to help a little bit more.

Most time that means your hardware has some faults, no need much worry, just open your case and check your memory stick, unplug/plug back, also you need check your case power, see if it is working properly
