Q: Which is a better processor: Intel i7 or AMD-A serices? I’m a computer graphics major.

    This depends on what models out of those series you’re talking about. I’d suggest you look up the specific processor models on http://www.cpubenchmark.net to compare their benchmark scores.

    Also, consider going desktop if possible. You’ll get a lot more performance for your money, and be able to work on a MUCH larger screen.
