Do they make a VGA to HDTV connector?

Q: I have an HDTV (Sony Bravia EX400 series) and I want to be able to hookup my laptop (VGA connection) to said TV to play both audio and video. Most of the converters I have come across seem to be more cut out for non-HD TVs–can anyone recommend one that is better suited in my case?
