How can I create multiple accounts on the same website without anyone knowing it is the same person?

Q: I wanted to create multiple accounts on a website and dont want the website’s admin to know that its the same guy who created all those accounts. How do i prevented from being caught? is changing IP address enough?

    Only if you used the accounts as if you were two different people. As in different computers and different locations. Depending on the site you’re doing this on and what you’re attempting to do, it may be grounds for legal action. Make sure you understand any laws you might be subject to.
