How come google search does not work when I am signed in?

Q: when i am signed into my google account, my google search bar brings me off my picture page to a white page when i type something into the search bar but brings nothing up that i am trying to search for, yet, it seems to work fine when i am signed out, this is only happened past few days, is there any way i can fix this? thanks
