How do I make it so when my PC boots a web browser opens and goes directly to my homepage?

Q: When I turn my PC on I want it to go directly to my homepage. How do I do this?

    This is a easy task to configure. When you press the start button and then all programs you will see a folder that is called startup. Drag your internet explorer(or chrome, firefox icon) to this startup menu. Then when your Pc starts it will open your your browser to your homepage.
