Q: Okay so I’ve managed to make a small movie of 8 minutes and 26 seconds. Now I’m just trying to save it to a movie format so I can burn it on a disc. But no matter what setting I try to save it on, it always ALWAYS stops at 79%!! I’ve tried restarting the computer and It did start to download faster but again it STOPPED at 79%!! Help??

Q: I recently got a Lite-On EZ DUB DVD writer for my older Presario laptop running Windows XP. The laptop already has Roxio on it, but the new device comes with Nero 7 Essentials software. I am wondering if can have both installed at the same time without conflict?

A: That shouldn’t be a problem. Just don’t try to use them both at the same time. If you encounter problems after you’ve installed Nero 7 Essentials, uninstall it and install it again. Make sure you connect the DVD writer to your laptop first before you reinstall the Nero 7 Essentials software.
