How come when I ran East-Tec Eraser and it did not finish I started to get errors?

by on February 16, 2009

Q: I have East-Tec Eraser 2007 and after restarting my computer I get a Application Error stating that ” Exception XCannotCompileDef in module engine .dll at 000D9036″ unrecognized command (12). Was this because East-Tec Eraser was not able to finish its erasing procedure? I uninstalled the eraser program and reinstalled it to try again and the same thing happens. Is there any way to fix this?
