Q: I opened the fedex attachment in an email. It has deleted my taskbar and my desktop icons. I cannot run any programs. What can I do?

Q: My taskbar is getting stuck sometimes or desktop but never both at the same time. To unlock it I press ctrl+alt+del and all comes back to normal. I reboot the laptop (HP vista home premium) about 5 tomes and still the same problem. I think it has something to do with the USB mouse I’m not sure. How come I still have the same problem after I do a restore to factory settings?

Q: I have a Dell Inspiron 1501 and after I ran a scan of some sort (sorry I can’t remember what it was) my taskbar looks extremely old and gray. How do I get it back to the way it was? I tried in the control panel but could not find anything.

Q: I have a computer with Windows vista and when I turned on my computer the desktop icons and taskbar came up as usual. However, after about 30 seconds the desktop items and the taskbar disappear. A: Sometimes fullscreen mode is useful but other times people get into it by accident. To enter or exit fullscreen mode in Internet Explorer all you have to do is press the F11 button.
